If everything is in stock we aim to dispatch orders by the next working day. During particularly busy times this is not always possible but we do our best! If we are out of stock of an item we normally hold the order until we can despatch it complete.
If you need your order for a particular date please use the drop down boxes ‘Date of Party’ on the confirm page of the checkout. If we have any problems someone from our sales team will contact you either by phone or email. Please note if you have selected the Standard Delivery option, we can not guarantee your order will arrive by the date selected, but should arrive between the 3-7 day time frame.
Please give us an address where there is someone available to sign for the parcel, as, apart from first class mail, all other delivery methods require a signature. If the carrier is unable to deliver and leaves a card it is the recipient’s responsibility to contact the delivery company to arrange redelivery or to collect the parcel from the depot. If you have instructed us to leave your order i.e in the recycling box, or with a neighbour this is at your own risk. The Roman Party Shop can not be held responsible for items left on your property.
If you have not received your order two working days before your event please telephone us during office hours (Monday to Friday 10am to 5pm) or email us using our Contact Form.
If you select this option your order will normally be despatched with 1st class Royal Mail within 3 working days. You need to allow about 6 working days for your parcel to arrive - it is usually much quicker but we like to err on the side of caution! If your order is very heavy (over 2 kilos) or contains large items such as tablerolls. Standups or gas cylinders your order will be sent out with our courier on a 24 hour signed for service
If you select this option your order will normally be despatched within 2 working days. A special courier is used given the nature of the goods. Failure to select the correct delivery option for fireworks may result in a delay in your order being processed.
If your order is over £500.00 we offer free standard service delivery to any UK mainland. For priority firework deliveries, please contact us for a quote.
A £20 surcharge automatically added. Please note, in terms of delivery classification only, Fireworks Direct does not class the Scottish Highlands as a part of UK Mainland.
WE DO NOT SEND ORDERS TO ADDRESSES OUTSIDE OF THE UK Mainland.
If anything you receive from us is faulty or damaged we will replace it free of charge or fully refund the cost, reimbursing the postage if we have requested its return. In the unlikely event that you are not entirely satisfied with anything, you can still return it in unused condition within 14 days for a full refund, although in this case return postage costs are not normally reimbursed. In both cases, before returning anything please contact our customer services department.If we make any mistake to do with your purchase we will correct the error within 30 days.This undertaking is in addition to your statutory rights.
All returned items unless faulty will be subject to a 10% handling charge.
During certain times of the year we may experience high demand which can lead to slight delays in processing your order. Please make sure you allow additional time during the bonfire and christmas/new year periods.
