Due to safety regulations, we do not accept returns or exchanges on fireworks once they have left our premises. Please ensure you choose your fireworks carefully with the guidance of our team before purchase.
🎈 Party Supplies & Balloons
We accept returns on unopened and unused party supplies and balloons within 14 days of purchase, provided items are in their original packaging and in a resalable condition. Proof of purchase is required.
💥 Faulty Items
If you receive an item that is damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of purchase or delivery. We will arrange for a replacement or refund as appropriate.
